General Eligibility Kids Heaven Childcare & Learning Center (KHC&LC) does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin or economic status.

Children must be in good health as certified by their physician in order to be accepted in any of our programs. Any child with a handicapping condition will be accepted into the program providing their condition does not necessitate additional personnel.

Registration Process The following forms have to be completed in order for us to register your child;
1) Application form *
2) Immunization/Physical Examination form *
3) Child's Supplemental form

4) Authorization for Emergency Medical Care form

5) Hours of Attendance

6) Child Abuse/Neglect Protocol form
7) Childcare Agreement form

 * Parents are given 7 days to submit proof of birth or passport. In case of delay we reserve the right to contact the local authorities as required by the law.

 *Parents will be given a period of 30 days to complete the child's physical examination form. Immunization data have to be given before enrollment or on the first day of enrollment. In case of delay we reserve the right to withhold your child from attending the childcare until the forms are submitted.  Forms are provided at the childcare.

Tuition Fees

Tuition payments must be made in advance either monthly (on the 1st), bi-weekly or weekly (on Monday)

If parents choose to make monthly payments a 2% discount applies

There is no fee reduction in fees for days missed for sick time

All decrease in tuition for birthdays (age) will be applied in September

Registration Fees A $25 fee is paid before enrollment.

Activity Fees  A non-refundable $100 fee is paid either in full or in installment ($50 in September and $50 in March)
